Vintage Bothy decisions!

Hello, I am posting a note to say that as my blog has been sadly neglected of late and due to a major project at home and an exciting prospect at Dairy House.
I am not happy posting once in a while, as previously I have worked hard to regularly post either something interesting or lovely or both, so I am wondering if  I should perhaps suspend this blog.
I am always disappointed when I go to look at blogs that I enjoy and they haven't been updated and would not like my followers to feel the same way.
I have thought about just posting one picture and comment - but would that be suficient?
I am an all or nothing sort of person, so perhaps to stop for a while would be best?
Any comments would be gratefully recieved.

You will still be able to catch up with beautiful things as I will be contributing to Dairy House Antiques blog, and I do have a "Pinterest" page.

I will leave you with some photos of two little visitors that I was recently asked to look after.....
Katy and Lily are working girls, and as my son is now working near home, needed board and lodgings for them, whilst he flew off to Majorca. Unfortunatly for him, in less than a week they had become very naughty sofa doglets!!

  1. Lovely to see you back T! I will admit I am neglecting my blog as well, I've kind of run out of things to post at the moment. Those two naughty sofa doglets are adoreable, I wouldn't have been able to resist them either. Did you get into trouble with Tom for pampering them?

  2. I think a post now & again is still good as its a way to keep in touch.
I bet the doglets enjoyed reverting to spoilt pet status!

  3. I'm conscious of neglecting my blog too as other things seem to take priority.
Jayne is right, I'm sure a post now and again, even if it is brief would still be good.

PS Don't go for ever...I need to see more of Sako and the other gorgeous, girly doglets x

  5. A photo here, a line or two, just to keep in touch perhaps?
Love to see those precious little faces though...Those eyes!
    Thanks for sharing,

  6. Oo-er I feel a slapped wrist! I haven't updated my blog for ages due other priorities. But I do enjoy it when I have lots of pics and a story to tell. And yes I've noticed that many of my favourite bloggers have been slow in posting lately. Maybe it's a fad that is over?

Maybe it was the lazy days of summer and/or other priorities. As I like to blog for my own enjoyment, and incidentally as a sort of diary, I don't like to feel under any pressure to keep it up.

But I do like yours and your brilliant photography and perversely feel disappointed when I don't find regular new posts! I love to read newsy updates from bloggers as well. So maybe a series of beautiful photographs with a caption only for a while until you find your 'mojo'. Or not. Looking forward to seeing you at Hartley Wintney for some networking ( aka a good gossip).
