Funny, proud Mum moment!

The lovely boy went to Teesdale last week, I recieved a text telling me that he was " sitting in a hell hole up a mountain, in sheets of sideways rain, probably in the most remote place I have ever been".
He has finally joined the real world, well he did choose the course/career!!

    I am sure you will have many more proud Mum moments too. Teesdale is a very nice place.. even in the rain! Hope your Mother's Day was a happy one.

    I am surprised he had a signal to send a text!
    It is indeed a remote, wild and sparsely populated place but very beautiful too.

    Tom moaned that he had to walk for 35 minutes before he could find a signal, and then I probably only had a text as he was trying to phone the latest girlfriend!!

    The young's worst nightmare - aplace without a phone signal! Perhaps the remote beauty will grow on him (don't think they have city gamekeepers, do they?)
