Colourful rural Russia

On our visit to Russia, travelling from St Petersburg in the North to Rostov on Don in the South we saw many styles of architecture, Baroque, Art Deco, Constructivism, Communist………however being a lover of shabby paint, I thought that I would show you one little village of painted wooden houses & ordinary self sufficient gardens.

    So much nicer than the 'communist construction' homes. It reminds me of places that I've been in Finland, especially the islands.
